1. Acceptance

By using the PrizMed API platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Cloud-based API platform for medical imaging data streaming, processing, and management.

3. Acceptable Use

Use in compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state privacy laws. No reverse-engineering, no exceeding rate limits, no malware.

4. SLA

99.9% uptime for Professional, 99.99% for Enterprise. Downtime credits per service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes resolved in Boston courts.
